Does it cost the client anything upfront?
No. Our management is commission-only: the owner pays no fixed or upfront fees. We earn a share of actual bookings, so if the property does not earn, neither do we.
Do you compete with estate agents or developers?
No. We do not sell property and are not affiliated with any agency or developer. We come from tourism and finance. Referring a client to us never feeds a competitor.
Can lawyers and accountants take part?
Yes — as introducers, but without any fee. Lawyers and accountants are generally restricted by their professional conduct rules from accepting referral fees or commissions, so we do not offer one and none is paid. They can still introduce a client purely as a service to that client: the client gets a free earning assessment, and nothing of value flows back to the professional.
Who is eligible for the finder’s fee?
Estate agents and property developers. The fee is paid in full once the referred property is live and taking bookings — no upfront cost, no recurring fee. Rates vary by property type and contract, and we walk you through them on a call.
Which areas of Cyprus do you cover?
We work across Ayia Napa, Protaras, Larnaca, Paralimni, Kapparis and Sotira. Our team lives and works in the region, with inspections after every checkout.
What does the referring professional actually have to do?
