Too Coool Vacation was founded by two women who know Cyprus from the inside — one grew up here, one chose it. Between us, we speak Greek, German and English, which means we can genuinely connect with guests and owners from across Europe.

We're not a large agency. We're not an Airbnb competitor. We're a carefully curated collection of holiday properties on the Protaras Riviera and in Ayia Napa, managed by people who are actually here.

The local one.Born and raised on the eastern coast of Cyprus. She knows every neighbourhood, every contractor, every seasonal pattern — and everyone knows her. The one who makes sure things actually run, guests feel at home, and nothing falls through the cracks.

The one who moved here.Came to Cyprus and never left. Brought structure, systems, and the ability to talk to every German-speaking guest like a real person. Handles the bookings, the marketing, the inbox — and keeps the whole operation tight even when high season hits hard.

We don't take every property we're offered. Each villa or apartment in the Too Coool collection has been chosen because we'd be genuinely happy to stay there ourselves.

Direct relationships

We don't route bookings through Airbnb or Booking.com. Guests book directly with us — which means lower prices for them and better margins for property owners. Everyone wins.

No language barriers

Our guests come from across Europe. We communicate fluently in Greek, German and English — which matters more than people realise when something goes wrong at 10pm on a Saturday.

Every booking that comes through Too Coool is managed by us end to end — from the first enquiry to the checkout message. We're reachable by guests throughout their stay, and we deal with anything that comes up so that owners don't have to.

Based in Paralimni, we can be at any of our properties within minutes.
