A modern 3-bedroom villa, around 140 m², roughly 200 metres from the sea, sleeping up to six. Private pool, two bathrooms, sea views from the terrace. Kapparis is the northern end of the same coast — quieter in the evening, still walking distance to sand. Registered as AMM 0006111. From €200 per night.

What a Protaras villa holiday actually looks like

Protaras is built around Fig Tree Bay and a run of small sandy coves heading north — Vrysi, Pernera, Malama, Fireman’s Beach. The water is shallow and clear enough that snorkelling works for children, which is most of the reason the town fills with families rather than clubbers. Ayia Napa and its nightlife are fifteen minutes down the road when you want them, and comfortably out of earshot when you do not.

A villa changes the shape of the trip. Breakfast happens by your own pool instead of in a queue, the afternoon nap is not negotiable with a neighbour’s balcony, and six people can eat together without booking a table. It also means a car makes sense: Cape Greco’s sea caves, the Konnos Bay viewpoint, the mountain villages inland and the market at Paralimni are all easy half-days.
