Why the Coralli location works

Fig Tree Bay is the reason people come to Protaras: a compact bay of pale sand with water shallow enough to walk out a long way, a rocky islet to swim to, and a Blue Flag record going back years. Being a short walk from it changes the day — you go down before breakfast, come back for the hot hours, and go again at five, rather than committing to one long expedition with a cool box.

The resort complex itself adds the things a small apartment cannot: a proper pool with loungers and somewhere for children to be without anyone minding. The seafront promenade runs north from the bay past a string of small coves, and the tavernas along it are walkable rather than a drive-and-park operation.

Who these suit

Couples who want the beach without villa money — the studio is the most affordable thing we manage.
Small families with one child, particularly in the 1-bedroom.
Longer stays in spring and autumn, when the sea is still warm and the rates are not August rates.
Anyone who does not want a car — this is one of the few spots on the coast where you genuinely do not need one.
